Cancellations:
You may cancel your order anytime during the order process without commitment. You may also cancel any order before it ships at no cost. Orders that have already shipped may be cancelled but the shipping cost will NOT be refunded.  If you need to cancel your order we recommend you call us.  Email is fine for after-hours orders.

Non-Defective Returns:
Non-Defective returns can be handled directly by AutoPartsGuy.com within 30 days of the invoice date.  You must contact AutoPartsGuy.com for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, please include reason for return.  Non-defective items should include all original packaging and paperwork and should be in resellable condition and properly packaged to avoid damage. No returns are allowed on customized, painted or used items.
       
Defective Returns:
Defective Returns can be handled directly by AutoPartsGuy.com. You must contact AutoPartsGuy.com for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. In your e-mail please include reason for return and a daytime phone number.

Shipping Damage:
Items shipped from AutoPartsGuy.com in good condition are the responsibility of the carrier. If your shipment arrived in damaged condition, immediately contact your local carrier AND AutoPartsGuy.com within 3 days.  Make sure you have your original box and packing material.

Manufacturer Warranty:
All of the products are warranted by the manufacturer against manufacturer defects and workmanship for a time period specified by the manufacturer.  Please contact AutoPartsGuy.com for more information.

Merchandise Delivery:
Most items are available for shipment within 24 hours - we do not ship on weekends or holidays.  AutoPartsGuy.com uses several fulfillment centers within the United States.  Your order may arrive in multiple shipments.

AutoPartsGuy.com uses Fed Ex for shipping products to its customers -  Fed Ex cannot deliver to PO or APO boxes.

We ship to all 50 US states.  Alaska and Hawaii require air shipment.  Although our website is available worldwide our fulfillment centers cannot ship to international destinations.

Sales Tax:
Utah residents will pay 6.6% sales tax.  No Sales Tax for customers outside of Utah.
